The agreement between you and Ayuti
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Ayuti and any subscription you take out. They are written to be read: where the law gives you more than they do, the law wins.
Who provides Ayuti
Ayuti is provided by Alberto Clemente, an individual based in Italy who runs it as a business. You can reach him at clemalb@gmail.com. How your data is handled is explained separately in the privacy policy.
What Ayuti does
Ayuti reads the videos on the YouTube channels you connect and writes from them: drafts in the formats you choose, replies to your comments, ideas for what to make next, and answers to your questions about your own Library. It can send drafts to the publishing tools you connect. The features each plan includes are listed on the pricing page.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. You need to be at least 14 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to enter into a contract (or have a parent or guardian do so for you).
- Keep access to your Google account secure: whoever controls it controls your Ayuti account.
- Only connect a YouTube channel as your own if you own it or are authorised to manage it.
Plans, trial and payment
Plans and limits
Ayuti has three paid plans, Starter, Creator and Studio, billed monthly or yearly. They differ in how much you can use: the number of channels, videos, drafts, replies and questions. The current limits and prices are on the pricing page. There is no free plan.
Free trial
Your first subscription starts with a free trial of 3 days. Your card is taken when you start it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The trial is offered once per person: a later subscription starts charging straight away. During the trial a lower overall usage ceiling applies.
Prices and tax
Prices in euro include VAT. Prices in US dollars exclude any local sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; Ayuti never sees your card details.
Renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to the card on file, until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it; if it cannot be collected, the subscription ends.
Price changes
The price you subscribe at stays your price for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. If prices change, new prices apply only to new subscriptions.
Changing plan
You can move between plans from your account at any time. The difference is charged or credited pro rata for the rest of the current period.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings, in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded on cancellation, except as described under the right of withdrawal below.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason, from the withdrawal page or by writing to clemalb@gmail.com. Withdrawing ends the subscription immediately and refunds you as follows:
- if you withdraw during the free trial, nothing has been charged and nothing is owed;
- the first time you withdraw from a monthly plan, the payment is refunded in full;
- for a yearly plan, or if you have withdrawn before, you are refunded the part of the period you have not used, rounded in your favour.
Because Ayuti starts working for you as soon as you subscribe, you ask for the service to begin during the withdrawal period; the pro rata rule above reflects the part you have already received. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days.
Using Ayuti fairly
You agree not to:
- use Ayuti for anything unlawful, or to produce content that infringes other people's rights, is defamatory, or is intended to deceive;
- try to get around plan limits, for example by sharing one account between several people or opening several accounts to repeat the trial;
- interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or access it by automated means other than the features provided;
- resell access to Ayuti or its output as a service of your own.
When you connect YouTube or a publishing tool, you also have to follow that platform's own terms. Ayuti posts replies and sends drafts only when you approve them.
Your content and what Ayuti writes
- Your videos, your Library and the drafts, replies and ideas Ayuti writes for you belong to you. Ayuti uses them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
- What Ayuti writes is produced by AI models from the material you point it at. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or too close to its source. Read it before you publish it: you are responsible for what you publish under your name.
- The niche channels you follow belong to their creators. Ayuti reads them to give you ideas, not to copy them; do not use it to republish other people's work as your own.
- Ayuti itself — the software, the name and the design — remains the property of its provider.
Availability and changes to the service
Ayuti aims to be available at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted: it depends on outside services such as YouTube, Google and AI model providers, which can change or stop. Features may be improved or changed over time. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, you will be told in advance and can cancel or withdraw; if Ayuti closes altogether, the unused part of any prepaid period will be refunded.
Suspension and termination
Your account can be suspended or closed if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where the law requires it. Except in urgent cases, you will be told first and given a chance to put things right. If your account is closed for reasons that are not your fault, the unused part of any prepaid period will be refunded. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital services. Within those limits, Ayuti is not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses such as lost profit or opportunity, or for the consequences of publishing AI-written text you did not check.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply to an existing subscription; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please write first to clemalb@gmail.com: most problems can be solved quickly that way.
